 Secretary of State
Filings:
The first step in getting licensed in any state is
obtaining a Certificate of Authority to do
business in that state.
Not every state requires a Certificate of
Authority. We know the state laws and will work
with your company in determining if you need a
Certificate of Authority in a particular state.
This service will save you
valuable time and unnecessary costs.
Secretary of State Annual
Reports and Renewals:
Each Secretary of State office requires renewals
and/or annual reports. We know the requirements
and deadlines in each state so we can complete the
necessary paperwork promptly. This allows you to
continue operating your business without

Registered Agent:
Each Secretary of State requires that you maintain
a Registered Agent to receive service of process
or sometimes receive mailings from the Secretary
